Arturo Ayers Jr (born August 13, 1984), also known by his stage name Arturo, Born and raised in the culturally diverse borough of Newark / South Orange, New Jersey. Arturo is a Grammy Nominated, American Record Producer, Songwriter, Artist Manager and A&R Executive.

Carmen Simmons
Born and raised in the culturally diverse borough of Brooklyn, New York, in true Gemini fashion, Carmen Simmons has always been intrigued by multiple areas of Arts and Entertainment. While attending her alma mater Clark Atlanta University she interned for Def Jam South, managed events, and wrote for local magazines. Staying true to her dual personality, after college Carmen began producing lifestyle and entertainment programs for Comcast Community TV while working for Hitco Music Publishing, Carmen continued building her resume providing media related services for writers and producers like Ezekiel Lewis and Ryan Bowser, coordinating Live events featuring emerging music artist Janelle Monáe and streetwear brands like Dareales. By 2009 Carmen was now working for Bug Music Publishing and MaTone Management under the leadership of Antonio Reid Jr., and curated interviews with some of music’s most notable artist like Jeezy, Rick Ross, 8Ball & MJG, Omarion, Ma$e, and Kimora Lee Simmons just to name a few.
Between 2015 and 2019 Carmen contributed to raising millions of dollars for homeless families serving as the Fundraising Event Manager for the Atlanta Children’s Shelter while developing her media brand N’Style Atlanta. In 2018 Carmen partnered with Arturo Ayers Jr. to form Invisible Ink Entertainment to manage entertainers and produce original content. By 2021 the duo developed an OTT channel for Roku and Fire TV called Watch This! (YoWatchThis.com); which offered talk shows, short films, and an unscripted reality series, N’Style Atlanta Uncut, which she Created and Executive Produced along side Arturo Ayers Jr. and Omar Holland. On July 13, 2022 Fox Soul debuted the series as their first and only unscripted reality series and its now available everywhere Fox Soul can be found and on Prime Video.
